Digital Products

How do i access my digital products?

You can login and view your digital products here with the same email your purchased with: Stream Now

NOTE: the download only works as a stream to watch on a device or stream to a TV. If you are having technical difficulties streaming, please contact us.

What's the difference between buying and renting the digital thorn movie?

Buying includes streaming access forever. Renting includes 3-day streaming window.

Ordering

When will my order ship?

Orders ship from Franklin, TN. Our current order processing time is approximately 1-3 business days for in-stock merchandise.

During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment center and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.  Business days are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude US Holidays.

After processing time, your order is shipped using your shipping method of choice which includes USPS First Class or Priority shipping. After your order is processed and shipping, then your order will be shipped and arrive within 1-3 busines days for USPS Priority and 1-5 business days for First Class Mail typically. Processing timeframes are separate from shipping timeframes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are typically unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. However, there is a short window of time in which you can submit a request to edit or cancel your order. Visit our Contact Us page and send us a message to see if we're able to adjust your order.

Can you rush process + ship my order?

If you need an order rushed or overnighted, please Contact Us to see if we can accommodate your request before placing your order. Your order may be subjected to additional shipping + handling charges to meet your requested delivery date. 

Can I return an order I made at a show?

At this time we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased at an event. Event merchandise purchases are final; however, we care about your satisfaction.

You may contact customer service with details regarding your purchase for possible alternatives if your product is defective.
